I guide my wedding couples through the process so that no detail becomes too much. I travel to the Cancun area multiple times per year meeting the wedding coordinators, touring the rooms and venues, and training- all so that I can offer you the best overall experience.

Our Destination Wedding Planning Process
Travel Agent Becky connects with the wedding couple on the phone for a 30-45 minute phone conversation. On the call, you’ll discuss your vision for both the wedding and the guest experience. Travel Agent Becky will follow-up the call with her planning handbook and contract for you to review before committing to working together.
Once hired, Becky will begin matching potential resorts with your budget, client experience, and venue ideas for the ceremony. Once narrowed down, you’ll receive an email proposal with a video link going over the options, the pro’s and con’s, and other important factors. You’ll have some time to review the options and choose the resort that you love the most.
Once your wedding date and package are secured, Travel Agent Becky will manage your booking page and coordinate your guests reservations. She will manage your guest list by sending email reminders to make sure your most important guests are booked and ready to travel.
If you have hired her to help with the wedding planning process, she will also be working with the onsite wedding specialists to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Within the final weeks, everything will come together and you’ll be ready to travel. You’ll have a wonderful week of memories with your favorite people in the world. Congratulations. 🧡
PACKAGES
SIMPLE PACKAGE
This is the most basic package. After an initial phone call, I will get started putting together 3 gorgeous options for you to consider.
After the initial date and group block is confirmed, Becky will assist only with group travel bookings. All wedding planning will happen with the on-site team at your chosen resort.
SIGNATURE PACKAGE
This is the most popular package. Travel Agent Becky will help choose the perfect resort, secure your dates, assist with the group travel, and work with both the couple and the on-site wedding team to ensure the wedding events are coordinated and on track.
She will partner with the couple to help plan- though all final decisions always remain with the wedding couple.
SUPERIOR PACKAGE
This upgraded option is available for wedding couples who want me to be on-site with them managing and organizing the travel details.
It includes all of the components of the above and will require the wedding couple to purchase a room for Travel Agent Becky in the group block. There is a 4-day maximum.
