If you book on your own or book a non-refundable room, you will be subject to the resort’s policies and may not be able to attend our events.

Accommodations
All attendees will be staying at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres- an all-inclusive resort for adults.
Attendees must stay a minimum of 3 nights, checking in on June 4th, 2027, and checking out on June 7th, 2027.
All retreat activities will take place during this long weekend.
We understand travel plans vary, so we have extended the discount code to include the nights of June 2nd-June 9th, 2027
Most rooms on site are king beds. Please plan accordingly.
Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
A $300 per person event fee applies for this retreat. Traveling with your own tiles? We’ll reimburse $100 per person within 7 days of the trip ending — because we believe in rewarding a well-packed suitcase. 🀄
When you’re ready to book your room, you’ll be required to place a credit card on file.
30 days before your scheduled check-in date, the card you provided during checkout will be charged the full total.
All bookings and modifications must be made by March 1, 2027.
We are not holding rooms. Some room categories may sell out. We recommend booking early for the most options.

Retreat Pricing
When you register for the retreat, you’ll also receive a link to submit your retreat payment. If you have a room booked, your retreat balance is due no later than 80 days before the retreat begins.
If payment isn’t received by this deadline, your room booking and any pricing discounts will be released.
The cost of this retreat is $300 per attendee.

Included in Price
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres is an adult-only property, so all guests must be 18 years or older. One round-trip private car from the airport is included in your cost, as is food, drink, and your room reservation. Booking through the promo code will also allow access to the mahjong events.
Excluded in Price
Not included in your price is travel protection, your airfare, any spa or excursions you book, gratuities, and your retreat fee.
Room Category in Room Block
We have rates locked in, but have not secured a block of rooms. We encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible to be sure you have the room category you’d like.
We encourage you to consider booking an Excellence Club room, so all dining options and pools are available to you.
Adding Nights/Guests once you arrive at the Resort
This will always be at the discretion of the resort. Our special rates will only be applied to bookings that occur with our group code before March 1, 2027.
Adding guests on-site is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Your retreat fee is completely non-refundable.
The $300 event fee is mostly refundable if your plans change — a $50 cancellation fee applies, with the remaining balance refunded back to you as long as the event is 91 or more days out.
For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
Laura and Becky are not agents of the resort and have no control over the cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance
Travel protections is not included in your room cost.
You can’t prevent the unexpected from happening before or during your trip, but you can help protect your trip costs if it does. Because whether you are at home or on vacation, life happens – and that can affect your travel plans.
Ground Transportation
Each room booked for 3 nights includes one round-trip private transfer.
Easily recognizable with a sign showing Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, your personal Seasons Tours representative will take you from the area just outside customs to your private chauffeur who will drive you to the doorstep of your resort. All you need to do is sit back, unwind, and enjoy the journey.

Americans with Disabilities Act
Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres does have a small handful of ADA suites available. Please schedule an appointment or email our travel agent to make arrangements.
Room Reservation FAQ’s
In order to participate in our events, you’ll need to be a registered and paid attendee. That means booking through Mahjong Trip Co.
Booking into this trip means you’ll have access to the entire event schedule along with the resort amenities that are included in room booking.
Unfortunately, no. The resort requires all attendees to be actively staying on-site.
You will fly into the Cancun airport (CUN).
