Mark your calendars and start planning your vacation days—our family reunion is happening aboard Royal Caribbean’s incredible Utopia of the Seas, departing September 4, 2026! Everyone from the kids to the grandparents will have their own version of paradise. Think multiple pools, Broadway-style shows, rock climbing walls, and so many dining options you won’t get a chance to eat at them all.
This floating resort means no one’s stuck doing dishes, there’s entertainment for every age group, and we finally have enough space for everyone to spread out when needed and come together when we want. We’re talking about wake up whenever you want, grab breakfast overlooking the ocean, spend the day however suits your style.

The Royal Caribbean App: After you pay your deposit, please download the Royal Caribbean app and add your reservation number into the app. Your booking will load and you will see prices for add-ons like wifi, excursions, drink packages, and more. No add-ons are required, but you will NEED the app to check in and prepare for the cruise.

Accommodations
We have 3 room category options within our group. There are limited quantities of each room type, so we recommend that you book early for the best options. Pricing is locked in, so there’s no need to wait.
The rooms on hold have a capacity for 2 people. This is how Royal Caribbean handles group bookings. We suggest larger families consider booking more than one room for the added space.
You may also be eligible to book a room with up to 4 people. The pricing on these rooms will be different, but might be a better option for some.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
A deposit will be due at the time of booking. When you fill out the booking form below, Travel Agent Becky will put a room (or rooms) on hold for you to review. If you approve of the hold, Travel Agent Becky will request your payment information.
All rooms need to be booked before April 1, 2026 in order to be eligible for our discounted rates.
Monthly payments are possible, as long as the resevation is paid in full on time.

Dining Time Information
Our group space has the early dining time locked in. It’s typically most people’s favorite. Early dining typically happens between 5-6 PM
If you want something else, Travel Agent Becky can make some changes based on requests.
Specialty Dining
Specialty dining packages are available to book after you have your deposit placed. You will download the Royal Caribbean app, link your reservation, and begin adding any extras that sound exciting.
Specialty dining packages are an extra cost, and not required as part of our group.
Included in Price
Your Royal Caribbean cruise fare covers way more than you might expect—we’re talking accommodations, all main dining room meals, casual eateries like the Windjammer buffet, room service, some beverages, pools, hot tubs, fitness center, kids’ clubs, teen programs, Broadway-style entertainment, live music, comedy shows, and access to activities like rock climbing, mini golf, and basketball courts.
Excluded in Price
Specialty restaurants, alcoholic beverages (though beverage packages make this super convenient), spa treatments, shore excursions, internet packages, specialty coffees, and photos from the ship’s photographers. You’ll also pay for laundry service, gratuities for your room steward and dining staff, and any shopping you do onboard or at ports.
Travel protection is not included in your cruise cost.

The Royal Caribbean app is available for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once onboard, use the app for free by connecting to ship Guest Wi-Fi – no internet package needed. In-app purchases available.

Travel Insurance
You will have the option to purchase travel protection through Royal Caribbean– OR– through a third party.
The cost for travel protection through Royal Caribbean is $138.00 for a room of 2 people. You can add this option when filling out the booking form above.

Ground Transportation
This cruise will leave from Port Canaveral. If you are flying in, you will fly into Orlando (airport code MCO). Uber and Lyft are easy to find and work very well through Central Florida. If you plan to arrive early and need help with a hotel or ground transportation, Becky is available to help. You can email her directly at Becky@MainStreetMagicLLC.com. Accessibility & Disability
All of our ships have staterooms designed to accommodate guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the features of an accessible stateroom. If you need additional information, please contact Becky for more information.
We do not require proof of disability such as medical certificates or disability placards. However, we do require you to acknowledge your need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.

Of course! Please keep in mind we’re at the mercy of the rooms available. For the best chances of being near someone else, please consider booking early.
Yes! Royal Caribbean DOES accept payments. Your cruise fare MUST be paid in full by the final payment date or your room will cancel.
If you want to make payments, please let me know. We can set this up for you.
We can absolutely book something different for your family. The pricing will not be the same as listed here. Setup a call or email Becky directly and she can get you booked in whatever way would be best for your family.

While 13 years and older are charged the adult rate for cruise fare, all rooms must have one family member who is 21 or older (at the time of sailing) as the lead guest.

Drink Packages
There are three ways to upgrade your cruise vacation with a Beverage Package. Enjoy unlimited fountain soda and Coca-Cola® Freestyle beverages by purchasing a Classic Soda Package.
Add on mocktails, premium coffees and teas, and fresh-squeezed juices with a Refreshment Package.
Or go all out with unlimited alcoholic beverages when you purchase a Deluxe Beverage package for your cruise.
Once you’re booked- you will purchase your drink packages in the Royal Caribbean app.
Specialty Dining
You can experience several unique specialty restaurants and enjoy great savings when you purchase one of our Specialty Dining Packages for your cruise vacation. Enjoy multiple restaurants for a discounted price and save up to 40%. The more you dine, the more you save!
Meals from many onboard venues, such as the Main Dining Room and Windjammer Café, are included in the price of your cruise.
Specialty dining is considered a paid upgrade and not required.
