While in the past, we’ve hosted these trips a bit differently, this year guests will be covering their own room accommodations. We’ve secured a special discounted group rate and truly hope you can be part of it.
Our travel agent, Becky, who specializes in the Cancun Riviera destinations, is handling all the details, so things stay easy and seamless. Please note that rooms are limited by category and are not being held, so booking early is strongly recommended.

Accommodations
All Guests will be staying at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres- an all-inclusive resort for adults.
While we encourage guests to stay a minimum of 3 nights, checking in on January 14th, 2027, and checking out on January 17th, 2027, we understand this may not be possible for all guests. These are the days when the birthday festivities will take place, and having the group together during this time allows us to unlock special experiences with the hotel (cocktail hour and group dinner) and, most importantly, share meaningful time celebrating Beth.

Guests are welcome to stay as long as 7 nights with our group discount code, valid for the check-in dates of January 12th, 2027- January 19th, 2027.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
When you’re ready to book your room, you’ll be required to place a credit card on file.
30 days before your scheduled check-in date, the card you provided during checkout will be charged the full total.
All bookings must be made by October 1, 2026, but can be modified until November 1, 2026.
As a reminder, no rooms are being held. We recommend booking the room you want. If you cancel before the final payment date, you will not be charged.

Included in Price
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres is an adult-only property, so all guests must be 18 years or older. Transportation from the airport is included in your cost, as is food, drink, and your room reservation. Booking through the promo code will also allow access to the birthday events.
Excluded in Price
Not included in your price is travel protection, your airfare, and tips.

We have rates locked in, but have not secured a block of rooms. We encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible to be sure you have the room category you’d like.

Birthday Information
The birthday events are in the process of being finalized. We expect all major events to happen between January 14th, 2027 and January 17, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
Travel Agent Becky is not an agent of the resort and has no control over the cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance
Travel protections is not included in your room cost.
You can’t prevent the unexpected from happening before or during your trip, but you can help protect your trip costs if it does. Because whether you are at home or on vacation, life happens – and that can affect your travel plans.
Ground Transportation
Seasons Tours, our in-house tour agency at The Excellence Collection, ensures that your vacation experience begins from the moment you arrive. Our private transfer service whisks you from the airport to the resort in deluxe comfort, convenience, and peace-of-mind with the knowledge that you’re in the care of expert drivers.
Once you have exited customs at Cancun International Airport, a uniformed Seasons Tours representative is waiting to welcome you to the Caribbean. Easily identifiable with a Seasons Tours and Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres sign, the representative will escort and introduce you to your private chauffeur for your transport.
Americans with Disabilities Act
Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres does have a small handful of ADA suites available. Please schedule an appointment or email our travel agent to make arrangements.
Room Reservation FAQ’s
Becky is available to help and is working on our behalf to manage the perks we’re receiving from the resort. If you prefer to book on your own, you are able to do that. You will be required to book with our promo code in order to attend the birthday events.
Besides access to our wedding events, the promo code will also get you a discounted rate AND a better cancellation policy than is typically available with standard rates.
Not using the promo code could mean you won’t have access to our birthday events.
Unfortunately, children are not allowed on the property. We’re asking all guests to be 18 years or older.
You will fly into the Cancun airport (CUN).
