Morgan and Joe are Getting Married!
We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with all of you at Finest Playa Mujeres. Ever since we got engaged, our dream has been to gather all of our favorite people in one place for a vacation together—and while we’re there, just happen to get married! We can’t wait to spend the week making memories, relaxing by the pool, enjoying great food and drinks, and celebrating with all of you at Finest Playa Mujeres. 🌴💍✨

Accommodations
All Guests will be staying at Finest Playa Mujeres in Playa Mujeres, Mexico- an all-inclusive resort for families.
To participate in wedding events, guests will be required to stay a minimum of 3 nights, checking in on Friday, June 4th, 2027 and checking out Monday, June 7th, 2027.
Guests are welcome to stay as long as 7 nights with our group discount code, valid for the check-in dates of June 2nd through the 9th, 2027.
Morgan and Joe plan to be there from June 2nd, 2027 to June 9th, 2027.
All available room categories are bookable for our wedding guests.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
When you’re ready to book your room, you’ll be required to place a credit card on file. There will be NO deposit required during booking.
30 days before your scheduled check-in date, the card you provided during checkout will be charged the full total.
All bookings must be made by February 1st, 2027, but may be modified until March 1st, 2027.

Included in Price
Finest Playa Mujeres is a family property. Transportation from the airport is included in your cost when you use the promo code and stay for 3 nights, as are food, drink, and your room reservation. Booking through the promo code will also allow access to the wedding events.
Excluded in Price
Not included in your price is travel protection, your airfare, and tips/ gratuities. Excurions, spa packages, and other add-ons will cost extra.
Room Category in Room Block
We have rates locked in, but have not secured a block of rooms. We encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible to be sure you have the room category you’d like.
With NO deposit required, we recommend you book EARLY to guarantee the room you prefer.
Adding Nights/Guests once you arrive at the Resort
This will always be at the discretion of the resort. Our special rates will only be applied to bookings that occur with our group code before February 1st, 2027.
Adding guests onsite is not allowed.

A Note on Room Selection at Finest
Finest offers a paid room selection tool that allows you to choose a specific room in advance — and here’s the most important thing to know upfront: you are only charged the room selection fee if the room is actually provided to you.If for any reason the resort is unable to fulfill your selection, the fee is not collected. That’s the good news.
That said, I want to be transparent: Finest does not guarantee your selected room. In situations where the room is unavailable due to circumstances outside their control, the resort reserves the right to cancel the assignment without offering an alternative room. Once a selection is made, it’s final — it cannot be modified, and room number changes cannot be requested at check-in either.
The fee itself is paid directly to the resort at check-in via credit card.
It can be worth it if you have your heart set on a specific view or location within the resort — just go in knowing it’s a request with a small likelihood of fulfillment, not a guarantee.

Wedding Information
Our wedding ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 6th, 2027, at 5 PM.
Our final itinerary will have all the important details for both wedding guests and members of the wedding party.
We kindly ask that all guests be checked into the hotel no later than Friday, June 4th, with a minimum of 3 nights’ stay.
Ladies: Bring the color. Don’t be afraid of vibrant, colorful dresses.
Gentlemen: Please wear long pants.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
Travel Agent Becky is not an agent of the resort and has no control over the cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance
Travel protections is not included in your room cost.
You can’t prevent the unexpected from happening before or during your trip, but you can help protect your trip costs if it does. Because whether you are at home or on vacation, life happens – and that can affect your travel plans.
Ground Transportation
Seasons Tours, our in-house tour agency at The Excellence Collection, ensures that your vacation experience begins from the moment you arrive. Our private transfer service whisks you from the airport to the resort in deluxe comfort, convenience, and peace-of-mind with the knowledge that you’re in the care of expert drivers.
Once you have exited customs at Cancun International Airport, a uniformed Seasons Tours representative is waiting to welcome you to the Caribbean. Easily identifiable with a Seasons Tours and Excellence Riviera Cancun sign, the representative will escort and introduce you to your private chauffeur for your transport.
Americans with Disabilities Act
Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Finest Playa Mujeres does have a small handful of ADA suites available. Please schedule an appointment or email our travel agent to make arrangements.
Room Reservation FAQ’s
Please book your room and then officially RSVP on our main wedding site. We’ll need to know who is in your room with you, what allergies you may have, and other important information.
Becky is available to help and is working on our behalf to manage the perks we’re receiving from the resort. If you prefer to book on your own, you are able to do that. You will be required to book with our promo code in order to attend the wedding events.
Besides access to our wedding events, the promo code will also get you a discounted rate AND a better cancellation policy than is typically available with standard rates.
Not using the promo code could mean you won’t have access to our wedding events.
You will fly into the Cancun airport (CUN).

Dress Codes
Great news — Finest Playa Mujeres has a pretty relaxed dress code compared to many resorts. Most restaurants require Dinner Regular Casual, with just a handful stepping it up to Casual Elegance. Here’s what to pack:

Ladies: Long pants, capris, a skirt and blouse, or a dress. Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, capris, or long pants with a dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo.
Casual shoes or elegant sandals required for everyone.
A Few Restaurants — Casual Elegance
Ladies: Long pants, capris, a skirt and blouse, or a dress. Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt.
Casual shoes or elegant sandals required. T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, and flip-flops are not permitted in these venues.
My advice? Toss in a couple of easy dinner outfits and one slightly dressier option for the Casual Elegance restaurants.
